The Infinix Note 50x is set to launch in India on March 27 and will be the first phone to come with the XOS 15 custom skin with new customization options and features. - The Flipkart microsite confirms that the Infinix Note 50x will be the world’s first phone to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset.
- In comparison, the Note 40x was powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC.
- The phone is confirmed to offer a 90fps lag-free gaming experience and smooth multitasking experience.
- The handset will come with Infinix’s AI features such as Folax Assistant, AI Note, AI Writing Assist and AIGC Portrait mode. Details about these features will be given later.
Design
- The upcoming Infinix phone will feature a new ‘gem-cut camera module’, which matches the color of the phone’s back panel.
- The octagonal gem-cut module has integrated IR sensors and active halo light, which is said to provide different lighting effects “according to the task”.
- Infinix says that the Note 50x has also received MIL-STD 810H certification with a military-grade build.
- The renders of the Infinix Note 50x show the phone in purple, grey and green colors, with the first two in metallic finishes and the green one having a textured vegan leather finish.
- The image shows that the phone will have triple camera sensors and an LED flash inside the camera module on the back panel.
- The volume rocker and power button are located on the side, the power button can possibly also act as a fingerprint sensor for security. The SIM tray slot is given on the left side.
