2. Little Things (Season 2)
Although the first season of this show was an introduction to the couple, Dhruv and Kavya, season 2 opened up the issues in their relationship and also made them find ways that how to live together.
This season was more adult and dig deeper due to the longer format, and that made this show a better watch.
Mirzapur is just fantastic with its superb cast, starring Pankaj Tripathi, Mirzapur was a gripping, binge-worthy show about a drug cartel in Mirzapur, UP. Fighting families staking for the claim, sex scandals, and youthful men turning into morons and more. What else do you need?
4. Yeh Meri Family
Do you miss your childhood? Well, this show is all about it. You’ll refresh the memories of your childhood. In this story, Harshu has just started his summer vacation and is so excited to have a good time, but his mother won’t allow it.
Along with his best friend, Shanky, his mischiefs are worth a watch and will melt your heart.
In a stellar year, Radhika Apte was prominent in this psychological thriller about a diastolic future in India. But, the more you see it, the more you realize it is how close we are to make this imaginary world into a reality now.
6. Engineering Girls
It’s been a bunch of web series where there is more stuff about men in engineering, but this involves a fresh look at three female friends who are fenced together by situations, bullies, and exam notes, usually in a male-dominated world.
To save the life of his son, a man goes out of his way and a depressed policeman who chases the organ donation scam make for two very interesting characters, and much better conspiracy in this web series produced by R. Madhavan.
8. Vella Raja
This series is a story of a lodge and its many dwellers who are in trouble due to various reasons. Except for a man – Deva. The series then moves back and forth as how he manages to get away from the cops and his rivals.
9. The Test Case
Although the very first episode of the show dropped last year, and in 2018 only, they were able to release the first season of the show. It’s about a story of a female army officer and how she battles the sex discrimination around her roar above all, this show is definitely not a one that should be missed.
Sex-Rated is a series which explores sex and questioned that why it’s still prohibited in Indian society. The host, Rytasha Rathore, gives the subject a hilarious touch, yet informative for the viewers.
WEB SERIES TO WATCH OUT FOR IN 2019
1. Baahubali: Before The Beginning
OMG! Seriously this the one which all must have been waiting for or could have wished for! Right?
After the humongous of the film series, there is going to be a prequel on Netflix that will be based on the book, The Rise Of Sivagami by Anand Neelakantan.

So, Sacred Games 2 on a row! Nice, isn’t it? If the first season is anything to go by, the second season might have got even better.
Leila, based on the dystopian novel by Prayaag Akbar, will be directed by Deepa Mehta and others for Netflix and will star the Huma Qureshi and Siddharth.
4. Made In Heaven
A web series, written by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti has been under work for a couple of years now and is about competing wedding planners in Delhi.
5. Bard Of Blood
Bard Of Blood is based on a book of the same name, this web series will be Shah Rukh Khan’s production house- Red Chillies Entertainment’s first entrance into the digital space. The political spy thriller stars Emraan Hashmi.
6. The Verdict: State vs. Nanavati
After Akshay Kumar’s film, Rustom hit the silver screen based on the story of the infamous Nanavati murder case. Ekta Kapoor will produce the web series starring Jim Sarbh and Manav Kaul will hit ALTBalaji sometime next year.
The Magnum Opus Drama will portray the story of Noorjahan, Mughal emperor Shah Jahan’s wife. The show is being made for Ekta Kapoor for ALT Balaaji and will be played by Mouni Roy in the lead role.
8. The Forgotten Army

In the web series stuff, Meghna Gulzar has been called to direct a series on the life of the ex-Mumbai Commissioner, Rakesh Maria. A man who was leading the force at the time of the 26/11 attacks and his story might be worth watching on the screen.
