Wriddhiman Saha ended Ind vs NZ test series by taking the wicket of Henry Nicholls. He sent him back with only 44 runs, making the complete score of 167 for the NZ team. With this, India records a stunning victory by 372 runs.

Credit goes to the bowlers of team India who made things difficult for batsmen of the opposite team. Jayant Yadav took the most number of wickets in the last match and made batsmen struggle for runs. Tim Southee and Kyle Jamieson went back with no runs; William Somerville scored only 1 whereas Rachin Ravindra added only 18 runs for their team.

Ravichandran Ashwin is a third-star bowler who helped India win. He has now surpassed Harbhajan Singh and Anil Kumble in taking wickets the most number of times in a calendar year. He is also chosen as the Player of the Series.

Another key performer of Ind vs Nz test is Mayank Agrawal who hit a total of 212 runs overall.

All-rounder Axar Patel performed incredibly well in both bowling and batting. He scored a test fifty and took 3 wickets.

This is the biggest victory for team India in Test cricket as it lost all the longest format games since 2015. The last time India won was against the South African team with 337 runs in Delhi. Now India has a record of winning 14 consecutive Test series.
