In order to change address, you need to fill out the migration form. To fill out the form you have to register yourself on the website of the National voter service portal and follow these steps down here.

Step 1: Visit https://www.nvsp.in/ website.

Step 2: Select the “Forms” section from the top right side of your screen.

Step 3: Log in to the portal by username and password.

Step 4: On the new page, select “Form 6”, if your new address is from a different constituency. If not, select “Form 8A”.

Step 5: After selecting the desired form, fill in all inputs and document carefully. Then verify the information and press “Submit”.

Step 6: Next it will ask you to upload your new address proof for updating your Voter ID card. Upload it, complete the declaration and submit the form.
