Seeing This: You Will Not Puke And Embarrass Yourself At Your NYE Party! Drink Like A Boss And Not Just Puke And Embarrass Yourself At Your NYE Party.
What do you plan when you think of a New Year? Hanging out with your dear buddies and sipping your favorite drink.
The sudden change from everything chill to everything being messed up.
If you are suffering from illness, here are some ways to avoid letting it get to you in the first place.
1. Before Having Your favorite drink, drink water
Alternatively, try to drink every alcoholic beverage with a glass of water, it prevents you from getting dehydrated and protects from nausea. Do not drink quickly through liters at one time, or you either get barfing up or invite sickness.
2. Minimize the number of drinks you consume in an hour
It is very difficult to keep yourself lift up with energy all the time while drinking, considering short-term memory loss is at an all-time high.
You can set up a dedicated reminder on your phone, which can beat you in submission, or just train yourself to be not that badass while getting drunk. Either works.
3. Not After! Eat before and during your drinking time
Before going for the drinks, definitely fill your stomach with some carbs like rice, pasta or bread, and also some fatty foods. Avocados, eggs, and salmon are clearly the best combo in the role.
It slows down the rate on which your system absorbs alcohol and keeps working on your whole system at the very best buzz – flirting, dancing, and you’ll be a boss rather talk nonsense and lying upside down in the corner.
Remember not to do this especially at NY party, otherwise, you’ll face the embarrassment.
4. Go For a few antacids a little while before your first drink
With your drinks, antacid can do wonders for your much-hurt stomach as they reduce acidity.
5. Keep some ginger or elaichi to calm that fragile tummy
Try this remedy of chewing a piece of ginger or cardamom/elaichi to take advantage of their powerful anti-nausea properties. You can also crush it and put it in food or drink. This will calm your stomach and hopefully keep the not required boost at a minimum.
6. Chew a spoonful of fennel seeds (saunf)
Fennel or Saunf is a magical seed. It can help you come back from food, which feels like a point of no return, and it can also reduce nausea after drinking alcohol.
7. A tip – Try not to mix drinks, otherwise you are aware of the result
This one is a high-road. By mixing 3 or more different types of drinks is just equal to giving the invitation to trouble. If you don’t have any choice, still be smart about it. Stick to beer for the first half and then moderate the amount of something stronger later.
8. Have a bite of banana, it’s a great rehydrating agent
Banana is a great source of potassium and it restores the right balance of electrolytes and water in your body very quickly. Even when feeling sick, it is easy to swallow banana and is great at fighting against dehydration.
9. Avoid eating oily food while drinking
Just avoid deep-fried and highly oiled meals while drinking. Stick to light, snack filling which doesn’t put too much stress on your stomach.
10. If possible, try to avoid cheap liquor
There are a lot of cheaters making duplicate bottles all over in India. Regardless, very cheap liquor can contain a lot of adulterants/contamination and other disgusting shit that can really mess up your system.
11. Go for making a small glass of drinks with more mixers
In this way, your hand doesn’t feel lonely without a drink, but you are still consuming alcohol in a respectful amount.
12. Don’t physically throw yourself too much
Don’t forget at your NYE party that be careful with your dancing after a couple of drinks, as after the 7th shot, the best thing you can do is to not move too much, or face the after effects.
13. Avoid mixing sugary drinks with your alcohol
The sugar content in your drinks gets you more wasted than you already are. They can cover up the strengths of the spirit you’re drinking. Totally dangerous!
The Chinese works to ruin you more than before. They can infringe the power of the soul you drink. Completely insidious!
14. Sit down for a little while
Staying straight-up all the time makes you more active, and you end up reaching for the bar more. Sitting down a bit can help bring things back into perspective. May even lead to some life-changing revelations!
15. Try to remember, drink from a straight-sided glass
A study by researchers at the University of Bristol found that people who drink directly from glasses with straight sides drink up to 60 percent slower than those drinking from glasses with curved sides. “That’s why ‘side’ matters”.
16. Getting some fresh air can do some freshness
Just stepping out of the crowded room especially at NYE party or any party, can be refreshing and a very helpful change. It can help you to calm down and reduce the feelings of nausea. No one wants to sit packed and sweaty with a bunch of drunks.
