Mankind Pharma Decided To Offer Assistance To Family Of Covid Warriors
One company that has been helping covid warriors, patients, and other frontline workers since last year has joined the league again. Mankind Pharma, India’s leading pharmaceutical company has decided to assist the families of covid warriors.

Doctors, nurses, healthcare staff, and others have been working tirelessly since 2020 to curb the spread and save the lives of many. In the process, many have lost their lives too. These warriors will be remembered forever. And to make their sacrifice worthy and express gratitude towards them Mankind Pharma will donate a huge sum to their families.

The Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of the Pharmaceutical company, Mr. Rajeev Juneja said, ” Their invaluable service to the nation and humanity will not be forgotten.”
He further said, ” This is not our duty, but a debt we owe them.” The beneficiaries of this donation will include pharmacists, police officers, doctors, and healthcare workers.
Besides this, Mr. Juneja further appealed to everyone to wear a mask and follow all the guidelines to protect themselves.
This is not the first time when Mankind Pharma came forward. In 2020 the company had donated a sum of Rs 130 crore to the PM Relief Fund. Apart from the monetary assistance, the company also helped with providing medicines, PPE kits, and medical equipment.
Companies Helping During Pandemic
It seems like the world has truly united to support India who kept other nations at priorities during the pandemic at the beginning. Google CEO Sundar Pichai has also recently announced the assistance of Rs 135 crore. Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, has also come forward to support India to get all the emergency medical supplies.

Besides these major companies helping during pandemic, Xiaomi India, PayTM, Zomato, and Reliance Industries are also supporting the worst-hit covid states of the country.
