Honda Rebel 500 bike launch
The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has launched the new cruiser bike, Honda Rebel 500 in India in the 500 cc segment. The manufacturer will also start its delivery in a few days.
Engine and power
The Honda Rebel 500 is powered by a 471 cc liquid-cooled, inline-2 engine, which produces 46 horsepower and 43.3 Nm of torque. A 6-speed gearbox has been paired with this engine. Also, it has a 16-inch wheelbase.
Bike look and features
The Rebel 500 has a braking system with dual-channel ABS, negative LCD display and tubular steel frame. Its seat height is 690mm, which is comfortable for the rider. However, its 11.2-litre fuel tank is slightly smaller than the size of the bike.
This cruiser bike with a black-out theme has a great look. It includes wide fork suspension, cast aluminium wheels, slipper clutch assist, die-cast aluminium sub-frame and newly designed fender. Honda says that many official accessories will also be available with the bike, which will further improve its look and performance.
What is the price?
The Honda Rebel 500 has been launched in only one variant. Its ex-showroom price has been kept at Rs 5.12 lakh. This bike will be offered through Honda’s premium dealership, Big Wing. Currently, booking of the bike has been started and its delivery will start from June 2025.
