Another best way you can intake ginger is by making fresh ginger tea. Take a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger root in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, and strain before drinking.
For cloves, keep a few pieces of cloves in your mouth and suck them for a long time. The smell and taste of cloves will immediately give relief in vomiting to make it stop. Either you can go for clove tea by taking one cup of boiling water and add one teaspoon of cloves. Steep for 10 minutes and then finally strain before drinking the tea.
3. Sugar and Salt Water
As vomiting can create the imbalance of different levels of salts in the body – it can be sodium, potassium etc. – So, by drinking a good mixture of sugar and salt in water, has that power to bring these levels at a normal stage in the body for effective functioning. 9. Onion Juice

Take one teaspoon of freshly grated onion juice and a half teaspoon of honey, mix them and then consume it. In addition, you can have cold peppermint tea. The combination of onion and peppermint will give relief to your stomach.

Cinnamon is considered an effective home remedy for vomiting and nausea. This is the reason that it is often given to women who are in their first trimester when morning sickness can be harsh. Ayurveda shows the effectiveness of cinnamon’s stimulating properties.
