Google has launched the Google Pixel 9a smartphone in the global market including India. This is an affordable version of the company’s flagship smartphone series Pixel 9 and has been launched to compete with Apple’s iPhone 16e. The company has launched it in a single variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. This phone of the Pixel 9 series is also equipped with many AI features. These include Gemini AI, Gemini Live, Pixel Studio, Circle to Search, AI Weather Summary and Call Notes. However, some features like Pixel Screenshot will be less available in it.

The Google Pixel 9A is expected to priced at $ 499 ( 43,100) for the 128GB model in the US, while the 256GB model will be priced at $ 599 (₹ 51,800). If Google follows its general pricing trends, the Pixel 9A price in India can start from around ₹ 52,999, the 256GB variant may potentially reach ₹ 64,000. The Pixel 9a will have a flat rear panel with no camera bump, giving it a more sleek and minimalistic look. Its frame will be flat like the iPhone.
