Aahana admires Jhulan Goswami for her great sportsmanship and never-giving-up attitude. Appreciating the all-rounder cricketer, Aahana further expressed that she would like to break stereotypes as an actress and present unique stories for an audience. In addition to this, she thanked Jhulan for sharing her story.
However, things took a U-turn when Aahana posted her pic in the jersey of the Indian woman cricket team with dark tone makeup to mirror Jhulan Goswami. Her dark complexion became a ground for trolls.
