At MWC 2019: 18,000mAh battery phone gets released

At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019, there has been taken a move over 3,000mAh and 5,000mAh battery phones. Energizer launched a smartphone that is powered by a massive 18,000mAh battery!

Already, MWC 2019 is a bit weird with the presence of the foldable phones, and the gigantic battery phone has been added to it. As per the latest technology news, the Energizer Power Max P18K Pop is an 18mm thick slab for a phone.

France’s Avenir Telecom, which gives license to the Energizer brand, promises a week’s worth of use, or two complete days of continuous video playback in spite of that gargantuan battery.

There are phones already with a lesser thickness, and similar battery backup.

According to the specifications, Energizer Power Max P18K features a 6.2-inch LCD display, a pop-up dual camera for selfies, a triple camera at the back, and has the latest Android 9 Pie. It is powered by a MediaTek processor, 6 GB RAM, and 128 GB default internal storage.

However, the 18,000mAh battery supports fast charging, but it will take eight hours to charge fully. Despite the rough edges, Energizer Power Max P18K Pop will be the world’s largest battery phone when it launches in the summer.
