Ekta Kapoor becomes a mother, names son after her father, Jeetendra: As we know surrogacy is quite common in today’s world, whether you talk of Shah Rukh Khan or Karan Johar who have become the father via surrogacy. And so as Ekta Kapoor who has welcomed home a newborn baby boy via surrogacy.
On January 27, the baby boy was born and has been named as Ravie Kapoor after Ekta’s father’s name.
A couple of years back only, it was her brother, Tusshar Kapoor too became a father via surrogacy.
A blissful Ekta Kapoor shared, “By God’s grace, I have seen many successes in my life, but nothing beats the feeling of this beautiful soul being added in my world.”

Ekta further added saying that “I cannot even begin to express how happy my baby’s birth has made me. Everything in life doesn’t go the way you want it to but there are always solutions to those hiccups.
I found mine and today I feel immensely blessed to become a parent. It is an emotional moment for me and my family and I can’t wait to begin this new journey of being a mother.”
