Fried Rice

Often, rice is cooked at home at night and remains until morning. But due to stale rice, many people throw it away. Instead of doing this, you can prepare spicy and tasty fried rice. This delicious dish is very easy to make. Not only this but children and adults will eat it with great gusto after making it. So, let’s know the method of making it.

Ingredients for making fried rice

Fried Rice

  • 1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
    1 cup French beans
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup green onion leaves
  • 1 cup paneer (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Salt according to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Method of making fried rice

Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan. Then add garlic, onion, ginger and fry for few seconds.
  • After this add chopped French beans and fry.
  • When all this is fried, add paneer and other chopped vegetables and cook.
  • Keep stirring the vegetables in between so that they do not burn.
  • After this add soya sauce, salt and black pepper and fry.
  • Then add rice and mix all these things.
  • Fry while stirring for few minutes till the sauce gets well mixed on the rice.
  • Now when all the things are mixed in the rice, garnish it by adding green onion leaves.
  • Now your hot, spicy and tasty fried rice is ready.
