Famous Hollywood singer Rihanna purchased a ventilator, not for herself but for her father who tested COVID-19 positive. Rihanna’s father Ronald Fenty was detected coronavirus positive in his home country Barbados.
Rihanna’s Father in a statement to The Sun:
“My daughter Robyn was checking in on me every day. I thought I was going to die to be honest. I have to say, I love you so much, Robyn. She did so much for me. I appreciate everything she has done,”
The 32-year old singer helped his father fight against coronavirus and did ‘more than enough’.

Rihanna’s father added:
“I got a fever up inside of my nose. I had a fever across my lips. It was just a lot of fever,” “I feared the worst. I thought I was going to die, honestly,”
Fenty was in the Paragon isolation centre for two weeks where he recovered and was declared Coronavitus negative.
Fenty appealed to the public to stay home and stay safe:
“I want everybody to stay at home. This is a serious situation. More serious than people realise. Please stay home.”
Rihanna also donated USD 5 million through her Clara Lionel Foundation to help people fight the global coronavirus pandemic.
