According to experts, how much kadha you can have in a day depends on the type of your body as per Ayurveda.

In Ayurveda, there are 3 body types- Kapha, Pitta, and Vata.

Kapha: People who come under the Kapha dosha can consume kadha 2-3 times in a day.

Pitta: People who come under the Pitta dosha should consume kadha once in a day. These people should also not intake kadha in empty stomach or during the mid-day. For such people, it’s great to have kadha in the evening.
