Citroen C3 CNG has been launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 7.16 lakh to Rs 9.24 lakh. It has been brought in four variants Live, Feel, Feel (O) and Shine. Like C3, it is also getting a warranty of 3 years / 1 lakh kilometers.
Features and Fuel-Saving Benefits
Mileage: Regarding this, the company claims that the factory-tested CNG kit gives a mileage of up to 28.1 km/kg. It allows easy switching of petrol and CNG beats, so that you will not have to worry about high fuel consumption for a long distance.
This factory-engineered calibration gives a better driving experience with the use of optional fuel with a running cost of Rs 2.66 per km.
Regarding this, the company says that the single cylinder CNG kit has a capacity equivalent to 55 liters of water and can travel up to 170-200 km on a full tank.
Citroen C3 CNG Engine and Technical Specs
Citroen C3 CNG has been launched with only one engine option. The CNG model uses a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated engine, which generates 82 hp of power and 115 Nm of torque when running on petrol. Its engine is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. The company has not yet revealed what power and torque it will get when running on CNG powertrain. However, the company has claimed that its rear suspension has been upgraded and made better than before, so that the ride quality looks different from the standard petrol model.
