As per the breaking Hollywood news, Hulkamania is making its way to the big screen! Chris Hemsworth is all set to play the character of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan in an upcoming biopic.
As per the latest Hollywood news, the film reunites Todd Phillips with Scott Silver, the director, and writer of the forthcoming DC Comics movie The Joker. John Pollono (Stronger) will co-write the script with Silver.
According to the reports, Netflix has acquired the exclusive life rights and consulting services from Terry Gene Bollea AKA Hulk Hogan.
The producers of the film, Michael Sugar through his Sugar23’s first-look Netflix deal along with Joint Efforts’ Phillips and Bradley Cooper, Eric Bischoff, and Hemsworth.
Hogan will be the executive producer alongside Sugar23’s Ashley Zalta. Steve Desmond and Michael Sherman will be the co-producers.
Hulk Hogan is being admired as one of the biggest names in the wrestling world. Hogan was famed as a fixture in television in the 1980s as part of the World Wrestling Federation.
Terry Gene Bollea, popularly known as Hogan began his career in the late 1970s in the Florida wrestling journey. When he started his WWF life, he frequently agreed off against Andre the Giant as a villainous fighter.
When Vince McMahon acquired the company and started expanding it into a national presence, Hogan was its representative and by then he was a hero.

The project is expected to deal with the formative years of Hogan’s ascent into fame, starting with the Florida wrestling circuit in the late 1970s and becoming the face of the World Wrestling Federation during the 1980s.
Frequently, Hogan calls his fans “Hulkamaniacs” in his interviews and boosts them to focus on training, saying prayers, and eating vitamins.
Hemsworth is renowned for essaying Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
