India’s Final Qualification: A Double-Edged Sword for Pakistan Cricket
If the Indian team is unable to qualify, then in that case the final is sure to be held in Lahore. This is the real tension for Pakistan. If the Indian team plays the final, then Pakistan will lose the hosting of the title match. This will be a big loss for them.
However, if Pakistan also reaches the final along with India, then it will be nothing less than a nightmare or a great humiliation for the PCB. The big reason for this is that as soon as the Pakistani team enters the final, it will have to leave its country. Despite being the host, it will have to play this title in Dubai. As a host, this will be nothing less than a great humiliation for it.
There will be 2 groups in the Champions Trophy tournament as follows
Group A –
