There is great news for the youth who are dreaming of becoming a teacher. The School Education Department has today approved the recruitment for special teacher posts. A notification has also been issued in this regard to the Directorate of Public Instruction. In which it has been said that out of the 884 posts approved in the state, 100 posts will be recruited. It is noteworthy that the Supreme Court had asked for recruitment for special educators in schools across the state. At the same time, now this recruitment has been taken out as per the order.
When Will the Notification Be Released?
Notification has not been issued yet for special teacher recruitment. After getting approval for 100 posts, the School Education Department has issued orders for recruitment. At the same time, now the notification will be issued soon. In which other information including the date of application will be given. After the order, the notification can be issued next month itself.
Eligibility Criteria for CG Special Teacher Recruitment
For special teacher recruitment, the candidate must have a degree from the Rehabilitation Council of India. Only eligible and interested candidates can apply for this post. Along with this, RCI recognized D.Ed. Special Education or equivalent course, along with registration is mandatory for primary teacher.
Primary Teacher Recruitment Qualification: If you are applying for upper primary teacher, then RCI recognized B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent course, along with registration is mandatory.
Secondary Teacher Recruitment Qualification: If you want to apply for secondary teacher, then for this, Master’s degree (English, Hindi, History, Political Science, Sociology or Music) with 50% marks from a recognized university and B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent course has been made mandatory.
Age Limit & Reservation Benefits
The minimum age of the candidate for the post of special teacher has been fixed at 21 years and maximum at 35 years. However, relaxation can be given here on the basis of reservation. At present, it will be clear only after the notification that how many years relaxation has been given to which category.
