We all are well aware of the tragic accident of Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant. He has been admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for weeks.

Well, as per the recent updates, Rishabh Pant’s surgery went successful and he is planning to make his grand come back soon. Two days ago, he shared this wonderful news on Twitter.

Along with that, the cricketer also expressed his gratitude to all his fans and supporters, especially the two boys who brought him to the hospital. Check out his tweets here.

But still, there is one question crossing everybody’s mind. Will Rishabh Pant Play in 2023? So, here’s what the doctor says.

Rishabh Pant Will Be Discharged in 2 Weeks, But Cannot Play World Cup 2023Rishabh Pant

As per the doctor’s report, Rishabh Pant can be discharged from the hospital in two weeks. But as he went through two major surgeries on the right knee ligament, he will not able to play for some upcoming months.

Talking of Rishabh playing in World Cup 2023, doctors are also not so sure about it. They are making their statements on assumptions.

As per their reports, if all goes as well as planned and Rishabh starts healing quickly, his rehab and strength training can begin in two months. And if not, Rishabh will take more time to get on the field and he can even miss World Cup 2023.

Rishabh Pant’s Doctors stated that the rehab training would last as long as six months. And according to the schedule, World Cup is to be held in October or November 2023. So, there are very low chances for the cricketer to play in World Cup 2023.
