We’ve grown up seeing the typical Bollywood romance in the pictures. Love stories that have a struggle, fights but end up happily. But honestly at one point of time we all thought Is Love So Perfect?

We desperately wanted someone who could depict the beautiful love between two best friends, or story of old age romance. But not to be disappointed as Bollywood did come up with some of the everlasting love stories and we loved them all!!

Friends and their Yaari is Forever. To prove this line correct Dil Chahta Hai was made. Friends fight, yell, cry but never leave each other is what this film portrayed. The realistic theme touched everyone’s heart and soon it became our all-time favourite movie.

3. Badhai Ho

The concept of a middle-aged couple, getting pregnant may sound absurd and bizarre to us. This movie proved us that love has no age limits and we should think beyond the stereotypes. This was indeed a paisa vasool movie with a great storyline.

4. Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani

The transformational journey of Naina from being shy and introvert to a girl who learnt to live her life fully. The inspirational journey of Bunny who passionately followed his dreams. This movie was beyond just the romance and taught us real-life lessons.

5. Dangal


The iconic story of two sisters who wrestled and not just fulfilled their father’s dream but also won a Gold medal for the country. This movie showed the relationship of love and care between a father and a daughter. It also made us realised how important love for country is.

6. Lunchbox

The mismatch and exchange of lunchboxes lead to a romantic love story. This movie made us all realised that we can even fall in love without seeing each other. The couple fell in love over letters and that was the purest form of love we could witness.

7. Barfi

A mentally challenged girl and a deaf and mute boy both fell in love with each other. They shared the strongest and sensitive bond of love. The movie shared a different love story with a message that love can happen with anyone at any time.
