Bihar Govt: CBI To Probe In Sushant Singh Rajput Investigation On Family’s Request

Sushant Singh Rajput

The circumstances in which Bollywood superstar Sushant Singh Rajput has raised many question saying it was not a natural death. Sushant’s family has even lodged an FIR against alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty in abetment to suicide charges.

Sushant’s father KK Singh requested Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to forward the case to CBI so that fair investigation can be done on his death. Bihar police tried to investigate the case and went to Mumbai but due to lack of cooperation, they could not move ahead.

The Maharashtra Police has created many obstacles for the investigation to run smoothly and therefore the father has requested a CBI probe in this case.

Earlier in February 25th Sushant’s family also messaged the Bandra Police informing about the threat to Sushant’s life. However no action was taken and the police have denied the information saying:

“Today, Sh KK Singh, Father of late Sh Sushant Singh Rajput has released a statement saying that the family had made a written complaint to Bandra Police on 25th February It must be clarified that no such written complaint has been addressed to Bandra Police Station on that date.”

“However, one Shri. OP Singh IPS the brother in law of late Sushant Singh Rajput, had sent some whatsapp messages to the then DCP Zone 9 regarding this matter. The then DCP Zone 9 had called Sh OP Singh and requested him that a written complaint is mandatory for any enquiry or action. However, Mr Singh wanted this to be resolved informally, to which the then DCP Zone 9 clearly told him that it was not possible .- Shahaji Umap, DCP Operations.”

Sushant’s family made a formal request to the Bihar govt to carry out CBI investigation in this case through their lawyer Vikas Singh.

“The DGP spoke to Sushant Singh Rajput’s father this morning and he gave consent for CBI inquiry. So now, we are recommending CBI probe in the matter,”

From 14 June 2020 when the actor died till today no promotion in the case has been seen. However, social media is raging to know the truth.
