Be Safe When GYM Reopens During Coronavirus! Follow These rules

During the period of coronavirus everything was locked, now the country is unlocking. Here soon the unlock 3.0 will be declared and the GYMs are reopening with it. But still, the coronavirus is not ended and daily there are many new cases in India, so when you will join the GYM you should be aware. For your protection here are some rules that you must follow.

You should follow these listed rules:

Arrive and leave on your allotted time:

Your trainer will be providing your time, you must follow it. There should be no crowd in the GYM so you should be on your time and must leave on the allotted time. Also if you see people entering or exiting from the door you must wait till they leave so that there should not be an over crowded area there because of you.

Carry your own supplies:

You should carry your own supplies like a water bottle, yoga mat for you. You should not use the water cooler placed at the GYM and also due to the COVID 19 the changing room will not be provided so you should be prepared for your exercise.

Sanitize the things:

You cannot use the gloves at the GYM while performing the exercise, so you must keep a small sanitizer bottle with you and should use it on the equipment when you use them and after using sanitize your hands too.

GYM gloves and arm sweatbands should be used:

You should use arm sweatbands and GYM gloves while working out this will protect you from picking up any germs from the equipment and also you will be protected from touching your face.

Don’t go to GYM if you feel unwell:

If your body temperature is high and you are feeling unwell then it is good for you and others that you should be at home. If you feel unwell then you must not join the GYM just to show off, just be at home STAY SAFE.

These advises/rules must be followed by you and everyone if you want to be safe. So if you want to go to GYM better follow these or it will be good to have your workout at your home with some advice from your trainer on the call.
