Ingredients You Need To Make Jalebi Chaat:

2 tbsp mint chutney

2 tbsp tamarind chutney

3 tbsp sweetened curd

A pinch of rock salt

Yellow chilli powder

A pinch of chaat masala

For garnishing microgreens

For garnishing edible flora

2 tbsp boiled potato and chana mix

1 Kg all-purpose flour

200 gms urad dhuli dal pethi

1/2 cup ghee

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

3 cups of water

1/2 tsp edible food colour

Oil (for frying)

How To Make Jalebi Chaat:

1. Take a bowl and pour baking soda and maida in it. Now mix ghee in the mixture. Add water and dhuli dal peethi to make a thick batter. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

2. Now keep a pan on medium flame and heat oil for deep frying. Take a muslin cloth and fill the Jalebi batter in it. To make concentric circles squeeze the muslin cloth. Move from inside to outside to make perfect circles. Fry till jalebis are golden and crisp.

3. Keep the jalebi in a plate and toss it with tamarind chutney, mint chutney, yellow chilli powder, add chaat masala and a pinch of rock salt.

4. Serve with sweetened curd and add jalebi and potato chana mix and garnish with edible flora and microgreens.
