Apple is reportedly planning to include ProMotion display technology for all models in its next iPhone 17 series. According to a report, the upcoming iPhones may feature high refresh rate displays, giving users a smooth scrolling experience across the line-up.

- It enables dynamic refresh rates of up to 120Hz through Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide (LTPO) technology.
- The base iPhone models are still limited to a fixed refresh rate of 60Hz.

The base models in the iPhone 17 series are also expected to get better refresh rate support.
The refresh rate in the standard iPhone 17 models may be limited to 90Hz.
While this will be lower than the 120Hz refresh rate available on the Pro models, it will be a big improvement for the base models.
