Apple is speeding up the process of switching all of its products over to USB Type-C. The only two significant products that still use a lightning port for charging are AirPods and the iPhone.
The most recent study by Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that Apple may soon release a new model of the AirPods Pro 2nd Gen with a USB Type-C port in favor of the current model with a lightning port.

Also, according to Ming-Chi Kuo, the only Apple TWS with a USB Type-C port will be the AirPods Pro Gen 2.
Apple will reportedly continue to sell the AirPods 2 and AirPods 3 with the lightning port. The remaining functions and features of the future AirPods Pro 2 will be the same as those of the first model.
I think this is likely the USB-C version of the AirPods Pro 2, with mass shipments expected in 2Q23-3Q23. By the way, Apple currently appears to have no plans for USB-C versions of the AirPods 2 & 3.

The 2nd Gen AirPods Pro were first released by Apple in 2022 along with the iPhone 14 series. The second generation has enhanced ANC functionality, better audio quality, and even a new case with a lanyard loop. The AirPods Pro 2 offered a feature increase over its predecessor despite having a similar design to the first model.
The AirPods Pro 2 are currently available for Rs 26,900, and the upcoming model with the USB Type-C port is likely to replace these and could cost the same as the current model.
