Anurag Kashyap has issued a response to Abhay Deol's claims that he is a "liar" and "toxic" person. The filmmaker was previously accused by Abhay of expecting "5-star treatment" while shooting their movie Dev D.

In a recent interview, the actor said he wanted to stay away from any toxic people in his life. Anurag has now responded, praising Abhay's work in the Netflix series, and addressing the actor's claims.

He added that he would not have taken Anurag's name and said the things he did if Anurag had not gone public.
