Disney delighted its fans with much-awaited Aladdin’s trailer, which also revealed American actor Will Smith’s first look as Genie.
As per the latest Hollywood news, the new trailer was revealed on Sunday night during the Grammy Awards 2019, which featured the characters Jasmine and Aladdin alongside Smith’s character.
On his Instagram account, Smith shared the trailer and captioned it: “I told y’all I was gon’ be Blue!!”

Besides showing Smith as full blue Genie, it also shows the viewers a few more scenes featuring Aladdin and Agrabah.
The trailer also features Jafar, who can be seen ushering (guide) Aladdin to the Cave of the Wonders.
Massoud stars as Aladdin in the live-action film, while Naomi Scott stars as Jasmine and Marwan Kenzari as Jafar.
Billy Magnussen and Nasim Pedrad also feature in the remake of ‘Aladdin’.
The first trailer of the film was released in October 2018 in which the viewers only got a quick look at Aladdin and his mystical famous lamp.
John Musker and Ron Clements were the directors of the animated classic ‘Aladdin’, premiered in 1992. The collection of the film was more than USD 504 million globally.
Now, the director of this much-loving remake film is Guy Ritchie. ‘Aladdin’ is all set to release on May 24, 2019.
At the Grammy Awards 2019, another upcoming Disney movie trailer, named “Dumbo”, was also released.
Disney is also planning to go for remakes of other animated classics including ‘Mulan’, ‘The Little Mermaid’, ‘Snow White’ and ‘Pinocchio’.
