AICWA ask for visa cancellation, deportation of Pakistani artistes


The All Indian Cine Workers Association today wrote an application to the Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj, seeking for Pakistani artistes to be banned and their visas canceled after the Pulwama terror attack.

The Organization had recently announced a complete ban on Pakistani artists and actors working in the Indian film industry after the horrible attack in Jammu and Kashmir that left 40 CRPF Indian jawans dead.

In the letter, All Indian Cine Workers Association said that they strongly condemn the attack and express their deepest condolences to the families of the slain soldiers.

saying that they stand united, All Indian Cine Workers Association wrote that the attack was a “cowardly, shameful and most disgraceful act of Pakistan.”

The letter elaborated, “All Indian Cine Workers Association request smt Sushma Swaraj ji and our hon prime minister to kindly canceled visas of Pakistani artists and deport them to Pakistan with immediate effect.”

“There is an end point now to stop Pakistanis to earn commercial remuneration Indians by injuncting them from performing in our Nation. Our brave hearts have lost their lives for us and should we get all the entertainment of performance by artist of Pakistan in our Nation? Absolutely no. It must end now,” the letter stated.

The terror attack has been heartily condemned by various of Bigwigs of Bollywood including Priyanka Chopra, Shahid Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Rishi Kapoor, Shankar Mahadevan, who showed annoyance and grief through social media.

Many famous Bollywood celebrities including Akshay Kumar and  Amitabh Bachchan extended financial help to the martyrs’ families.
