Terribly sad to report the news from Handwara, two senior army officers- a major and a colonel-were among five security personnel killed during an encounter in J&K’s District.
Two army soldiers and a police officer were also lost their lives as the security personnel came under huge fire.
Two terrorists were also killed during the encounter that started near 3:30 pm on Saturday after they took terrorist hostages inside a home in Handwara.
Not everyone can remain at home during lockdown!
