Adani Energy Solutions has released its results for the fourth quarter. During this period, Adani Energy Solutions’ net profit increased by up to 79 percent. Which stood at Rs 647 crore as against Rs 361 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s operational revenue has increased by 35 percent year-on-year to Rs 6,375 crore.

EBITDA Climbs to ₹2,250 Crore – Adani Energy Solutions recorded an EBITDA of Rs 2250 crore in the January-March quarter of the financial year 2024, while it was Rs 1566 crore last year. During this period, the EBITDA margin has improved to 35.31 percent.
If seen by segment, the company’s revenue from the transmission business increased to Rs 2247 crore in the March quarter, from Rs 1647 a year ago. In the fourth quarter, the company earned Rs 2,907 crore from its distribution business, while it was Rs 2,395 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from the trading segment has doubled from Rs 114 crore in the previous quarter to Rs 378 crore.
Annual Performance and Expenditure Overview
The company’s expenditure in the fourth quarter was Rs 5,411.60 crore, which was Rs 4,358.83 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s net profit in the financial year 2024-25 was Rs 921 crore, which is less than Rs 1,195.61 crore in the financial year 2023-24.
In the financial year 2024-25, the company’s income increased to Rs 24,446.55 crore, while in 2023-24 it was Rs 17,21,8.31 crore. On Thursday, shares of Adani Energy Solutions rose 2.6 percent to Rs 963 on NSE.
