As skin, hair can also damage the sun. Ultraviolet rays that come from sun increase dryness, fade color and give you a horrible split ends. So for this, whenever you make contact with the sun for a long time, wear a scarf or hat. For some reason, if you don’t like to wear a hat and scarf there’s other options for you. Try a protection mist and SPF hair spray to avoid UV rays. Moreover, it will make your hair soft and shiny while protecting it from the UV rays.

These days top knots have become popular and that’s why more and more people try it. But before trying a tight but, you should think twice. Experts believed that it can lead to hair loss or traction alopecia. In fact, all kinds of tight hairstyles are bad for your hair. The tugging and fiction delivers stress to your locks, especially if you tie them regularly. Therefore, you should try to avoid any tight hairstyles like buns, knots, ponytails and much more. 

Sleeping On It:

Here we are not telling you to start sleeping straight to prevent hair from  damaging. But while sleeping, you should take some care about how your hair is treated. If you use a regular cotton pillowcase for seeping, your hair is suffering from too much hair loss and dryness than necessary. To avoid this, one of the effective things you can do to prevent hair loss is using a silk pillowcase.

Damaging Hair Products:

Last but not least, you should consider the ingredients of all your hair products. Many hair products contain massive amounts of artificial fragrances, alcohol, sulfates, parabens and so on that can damage your locks. You all want your hair to look beautiful and shiny, but for this you don’t have to use harsh styling products. Instead, go for herbal products that limit the amount of chemicals and pack with natural ingredients.
