Honda is soon going to launch a new version of Amaze, which is offered as a compact sedan. Earlier, the first teaser (2024 Amaze Teaser) of the new generation Honda Amaze was released on social media. Information about its design and some features is being given in the teaser.
A different swag of new generation
Honda’s cheapest sedan Amaze is very much liked among Indian customers. Now the company is going to launch its new generation which can be launched in India by January 2025. The third generation Honda Amaze will replace the current second generation as soon as it is launched, its sale has been going on in the Indian market since 2018.
According to sources, the new generation Amaze is being built on the same platform on which the new Honda City and Elevate are based. Many changes can be made regarding the size of the sedan, although it can come with a longer wheelbase than before.
How much will the new Amaze change
Apart from giving a fresh look to the new generation Amaze, Honda Cars India is also going to make major changes in its cabin. Its style and design will be inspired by Honda’s entry-level sedan sold abroad, the second generation also looks very similar to the Honda Accord.

How powerful will the engine be
The new generation Honda Amaze is expected to get the 1.2-liter four-cylinder petrol engine of the current model. This engine generates 90 hp of power and 110 Nm of peak torque, the company has given the option of a 5-speed manual and CVT automatic gearbox in it.
It is being speculated that the new Honda Amaze will be launched in India in the second half of this year, that is, its booking can be started before Diwali 2024. After launch, it is going to compete with Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Hyundai Aura, and Tata Tigor in the country.
