Engine & Performance
The 2025 Hero Splendor Plus still uses the same 97.2cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. Its engine generates 7.9 PS of power and 8.05 Nm of torque. Its engine is now OBD-2B compliant. Its engine is mated to a 4-speed gearbox.
New OBD-2B Compliant Engine
The underpinnings are the same across all variants of the Splendor Plus. It gets 18-inch alloy wheels with 80-section tubeless tyres at both ends. The telescopic fork and 5-step preload adjustable twin shock absorbers are also carried over from the previous non-OBD-2B model. With 130mm drums at both ends, except for the Xtec Disc which gets a 240mm front disc brake. This variant is the only bike in the 100cc segment to get a front disc brake.
Features & Connectivity
The 2025 Hero Splendor Plus gets a halogen headlamp, an analogue instrument console with speedometer, fuel gauge and tell-tale lights. At the same time, its Xtec 2.0 gets a halogen headlamp with smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth and LED DRL with LCD instrument console. The plendor Xtec 2.0 gets the same digital connected console as well as a full-LED headlight with integrated DRL. It gets a hazard light function, which turns on all the indicators.
All variants except its base variant get the i3S system, which shuts down the engine when the bike is idle for some time, and starts it by just pressing the clutch.
