1. Added sugar
Added sugar in food like sweets, cake, and tea can risk the overall functioning of your immune system. Foods that are taken with added sugar increase the possibility of the generation of inflammatory proteins like tumor necrosis alpha (TNF-a), C-reactive protein (CRP), and interleukin-6 (IL-6), all of which negatively affect the immune system.
This is especially found in people with diabetes, as they can have high blood sugar levels than people with balanced blood sugar levels.
High blood sugar levels can also hamper the action of immune cells, neutrophils, and phagocytes.
For a healthy immune system, one should limit added sugar intake in foods, beverages, and other sugary items.
2. Salty Foods
Foods like chips, frozen dinners, and other fast food cause a lot of problems to the immune system of the body.

5. A few Foods High in Fats
Food high in saturated fats and low in unsaturated fats can also affect the immune system. Food with high levels of fats may also increase the sensitivity to infection by causing slow damage to the White blood cells.
